If we want to save our beautiful wild world we need to create rich and meaningful experiences in it for ourselves and our children. Building a community that not only wants to protect our wild places but also has the skills and knowledge to look after it.

At Big Wild Life we are keen to build communities that can learn, connect and have fun together. When this happens in an outdoor environment we get the bonus benefits of the forest. The health benefits of being in a woodland environment are well documented and has been proven to improve sleep, reduce anxiety and depression, lower blood pressure and reduce stress levels. We want to share these benefits with as many people as we can. This is why we run our Forest School, Forest Play, Community Projects and the Forest and Outdoor Learning Awards (FOLA).
