What is Improdoodle?

Improdoodle is a word I invented to describe my style of art. I improvise when I'm drawing, meaning I start with lines and I never know exactly where I'm going to end up. I like to let my subconscious take the driving seat, only taking control when a clear character or scene emerges. Initially my work is hand drawn in pen, I then digitally edit them to create contrasting colours that match the emotional intensity of the art. I print these on a high quality wooden plaques that are ready to mount on your wall. They measure 18cm by 27cm and are £25.
